Softwave Bangkok is the English-language home of Privato Clinic's Sofwave program. How we work
Assessment first
The doctor reviews your skin condition, facial structure, previous procedures and goals before Sofwave is recommended. If another approach would suit you better, you will hear that too.

Follow-up after treatment
Skin changes develop gradually and individual results vary. Follow-up lets the doctor review your response and discuss whether further treatment or maintenance is appropriate.
The Sofwave program
Ultrasound skin lifting at a fixed, precise depth
Sofwave uses SUPERB™ synchronous parallel-beam ultrasound. Seven beams warm the mid-dermis at about 1.5 mm while Sofcool™ cools the skin surface, and over the following weeks the skin's natural remodelling response may help the brow, jawline and neck look firmer.
In the United States, the Sofwave System is FDA-cleared to improve facial lines and wrinkles, lift the eyebrow, and lift lax submental and neck tissue. At Privato Clinic, treatment is supervised by Dr. Lerpong Krudngern, and the treatment area and plan are set after assessment.
